We strongly recommend ordering a sample swatch before placing a large order. Samples are non-refundable but help ensure satisfaction.

Refund Timeline

Once your return claim is approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
