Custom-Made Products

Not Eligible

Since all products are made-to-order to your exact specifications, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Defective Products

Full replacement or refund available within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Wrong Product

Eligible

We'll send the correct product and provide a prepaid return label immediately.

Order Cancellation

Within 24 Hours

Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

If you have received your order and believe there is an issue, please contact our Customer Service team at return@wallsavenue.com within the timeframes outlined below.

Because WallsAvenue products are made to order, our return policy differs from standard retail items.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Photo documentation may be required to evaluate the claim

Wallpaper Roll Returns (Standard Rolls Only)

Standard wallpaper rolls (non-custom, non-bespoke items) may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Rolls must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any items that are customized or made to order, including but not limited to:

  • Made-to-order wallpapers
  • Customized wall murals
  • Samples & Sample Packs
  • Paint
  • Bespoke Murals
  • Curtains & Blinds
  • Any product produced to customer-provided specifications

These items are produced specifically for each order and cannot be restocked.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at return@wallsavenue.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the damage or defect, including packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following (at our discretion):

  • A replacement of the affected item, or
  • A refund for the defective portion of the order

All claims are reviewed within 24–48 business hours.

Items Damaged in Transit

If an item appears damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. All shipments are insured, and we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue once photo evidence is provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as all products are made specifically for your order. To request a cancellation, please email return@wallsavenue.com as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

  • We do not offer free returns
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect
  • We do not accept returns sent without prior approval

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
