We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

All claims are reviewed within 24–48 business hours.
If an item appears damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately. All shipments are insured, and we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue once photo evidence is provided.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, as all products are made specifically for your order. To request a cancellation, please email return@wallsavenue.com as soon as possible.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
